The minus point is the wrong location on the map, the entrance is a bit far for cars to enter. Those with large suitcases and lots of things should consider. But it's only a 5-minute walk. The plus point is the super big TV. The bathroom elevator is spacious.

The homestay is terrible, possibly a scam because I booked a room through Trip.com and the room was confirmed. When I arrived, no one guided me to check in, and when I called the phone number provided, no one picked up. Anyone planning to book this homestay should avoid it, lest they be scammed. Trip.com also cannot contact this side.
