Super Candle Hotel (solo trip)

Stayed on 3 occassions this month. Incredible facility. Service over and above by staff.

The workers here are very nice and helpful I won't take that away from them, unfortunately though the rooms for the price you pay are not worth the stay. Was a bit disappointed though when you complain, English all of a sudden can not be understood, and you're met with smiles of confusion, which is fair they don't run the place they just do their small part..hotel management should be on to this. ...

Excellent place .. great, helpful staff and just nice . The restaurant staff were attentive and liked a laugh ..

I must say since visiting Hanoi from 2011, this is hands down, the worst hotel room and service I have ever experienced. I had to check out about an hour and an half after checking in. Very luxury. Japanese style. More than 1 million dong for a night. Making an order through app will be cheaper.
