The staff upgraded our room free of charg, check in was quick, the hotel is located in city center, is affordable, and has city view. The room was clean. Next time, I come thì Hanoi. I will definitely book a room here. Thank you everybody

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff and specially KIN was very polite and very helpful. Great location and value for money. i would genuinely recommend this place to all the travelers.

So much to say about this hotel. Don’t get the good review on Agoda. We initially planned to stay here for only 2 nights after our Sapa trip.
