Ping Diamond Hotel (couple trip)

I stayed here for one night to attend the EXO concert. The staff were friendly and helpful, and compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one was definitely the best. The room was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, with the added bonus of having a bathtub. However, the hotel doesn’t offer much of a view.

After March 2025, very noisy construction will continue in the next building for a year. Why on earth are they doing construction at night? I can't sleep at all.

the breakfast was poor and disappointing, they don't have shower gel, they only have shampoo and conditioner, and they smell the same, so i was concern using it, maybe it was shower gel and shampoo but put in the wrong bottles. I don't know, seriously cannot tell by the smell. I booked a room with city view, they didn't give me one anh said that room was not available, i ended up staying the room ...

The cost of the stay was 900,000 VND (including breakfast and VAT). The room was nice, but there were multiple problems. 1) There was construction work going on in front of and next to the hotel, and it was difficult to sleep because the work started early in the morning at exactly 6:00 am. It is very difficult to stay overnight here because there are two construction sites adjacent to each other...

Absolutely fabulous hotel for a quick trip to Hanoi! The staff is amazing, room is spotless, great location. Such a gem for a vacation to Hanoi- reasonable price for great service. Highly recommend!
