A great hotel to stay at in Hanoi. Nice to be located a bit from the main city centre and old quater, which can be crazy. Taxis and motorbikes arrive in minutes, so getting around the city is easy. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. I would happily stay again.

Stayed here for my 7-day trip in Hanoi and had a great experience. The hotel is in a good location, around 15 minutes ride from the Old Quarter and 10 minutes ride from Hanoi Train Station. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. Would happily stay here again.

This hotel is just perfect! The staff is amazing and the room is so nice. I came here after being injured and went through treatment in france hospital, the staff help me get staff and walk with me out side and took really good care of me (i am a solo traveller) and thats exactly what I needed! I wish I could've give them higher score then 5

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and came with many amenities. Location was close to where I needed to be, but relatively far from all the touristy spots. The hotel is also right next to a major road. Keep this in mind if your main transportation mode is walking or you have small kids.

Very satisfied experience =) The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a good place to stay, if you want a good night sleep from the city noise. The staffs are very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. For sure we go back to that place again.
