We had 3 days in Hanoi after riding the Ha Giang Loop and wanted an inexpensive place to stay. For the money this place exceeded our expectations. The room is ample sized with an insuite shower and toilet. Beds are a bit firm but all the beds we slept on in Viet Nam are firmer than what I'd expect in the US. Location is good. We had easy access to wherever we wanted to explore.
