Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture (couple trip)

We stayed 7 nights and were very pleased with everything the hotel offers. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us with every need. All of the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive. The breakfast each morning was fabulous. Tracy and Rachel at the front desk had a big surprise for us after a full day of sightseeing!

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff and Great Location. We stayed here for two nights and arrived very early, around 5 a.m. The lobby was quiet, and the staff welcomed us warmly and assisted with our booking confirmation. Really nice hotel. Big, quiet rooms, and probably the best shower I’ve had in SEA so far. Decent small gym too. It’s a bit of a walk to old town, but there’s still great food nearby and it’s quieter than over there. Shout out in particular to Daniel who gave us tons of helpful suggestions for both sightseeing and logistics. Really appreciated his top-notch service!

We stayed 3 nights in total at Le Jardin Couture. The customer service was excellent in particular when we arrived very early one morning. They gave us suggestions in where to eat for breakfast and then, when we returned several hours later, a lovely are to sit and relax until our room was ready. We did only 1 night in Couture and 4 nights in their sister hotel (Le Jardin) and I gotta say Le Jardin Couture is the better of the two. Why? Not only was the breakfast dining good and very big and clean rooms, it was the help of the concierge, Sophie, who was above and beyond helpful.
