Hillary Hanoi Hotel (couple trip)

Good place to stay! The rooftop pool has a nice view of the city, and the front office staff were super helpful!

Stayed several times now and always no problem. Big rooms and bathrooms. Best value for money. Breakfast is sometimes crazy.

Unwelcoming staff and unpleasant stay. The rooms did not have even one window. They would provide only two sachets of complementary tea/coffee and you would need to choose what that would be. Breakfast was nice. Breakfast staff was nice.

Requested a double bed during the booking, however, staff unwilling to accommodate. Requested an extra blanket since unable to get two beds and staff said they don’t have any more blankets. No extra blankets in the entire hotel. Will not be returning or recommending. Poor service. Also, a dirty tissue/ toilet paper was left on the floor when we came into the room.

Room was ok until the flush stopped working. Cleanliness 5/10. Gym is closed indefinitely and so was the pool without a heads up. The pool looked nothing like the photo. They were advertising room service but when we called they said they couldn’t do it. The breakfast buffet was very small in variety and was not the best.
