I booked because of the business centre and the fitness centrw, both closed "renovating". They should let the guests know before taking the money. The internet is less that 75mbps which is awful for a "high-end" hotel. Melia hotel is way better in facilities and internet. The wifi was dropping off the whole morning and the tv to chill out had 3 movie channels...Ive stayed in homestays better than ...

It’s clean, fresh, and nice from the services from hotel staff including receptionists. Really satisfied when I stayed there and I fell relaxed. Breakfast is good for multi menu and can see that including prepared for diet people. Actually I wanted to give rating to 6 😀, but the rating is only available for 5 is the highest. Thanks you for the time at Hanoi Hotel. I will choose for my next stay...

Center area but traffic in and out is to be noted if you are on business trips. Charming and a bit old style hotel. There are renovated rooms but I didn't get to use on this trip. Next time.
