Hanoi Central Park Hotel (couple trip)

I wish I hadn't bothered staying here. The room was small with mould on the walls, flaking paintwork and peeling wallpaper. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable leaving me feeling like I'd slept the night on a pavement. It was very noisy and difficult to get much sleep.

We were satisfied with our stay for New Year Night. City Centre good location with very helpful hospitality. Although the hotel is petit, we still enjoy the location.

Not impressed with the room its small , but to be expected for the price. The issue ,it was covered in mold on the walls and the room was clearly wet inside. Kudos to the front desk though who accepted my cancellation and returned the money.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The room was mouldy and had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. It felt unhealthy and extremely uncomfortable. The photos doesnt match with the reality! During my shower, the hot water suddenly stopped. We later found out that someone else was using water, and we had to wait around 15 minutes for the hot water to return. This is...

Stayed here for a short period but It's not much things to complain. The room is small but still enough for 2 people. It's worth the price because it was clean, fully with basic stuff. The staff are friendly, we were warmly welcomed when we arrived. They helped us a lot when we needed. This hotel seems perfectly for short stay, based on it's price, location, and the people around.
