Rooms are clean. Good location. Great breakfast with variety. There is a K Market attached to get ready made food at very low price. Also a Starbucks for great coffee

This hotel is not family-friendly. A baby cot is not available at all—they simply cannot provide one. Even basic requests, such as an extra bed sheet, are not readily fulfilled, and you must speak directly to the manager to get them. This is surprising and disappointing for a place that claims to be a five-star property.

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Plaza Hanoi Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were warm and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to friends visiting Hanoi.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient — right in the center, so it was really easy to get to all the fun spots and local attractions. Perfect if you want to explore without spending too much time getting around.
