22Land Residence Hotel & Spa Hanoi (couple trip)

i request for nonsmoking room but in our room have a very strong smell of cigarette. also in the bottom of glass for brushing have mold in it. bed is comfy but can spot some dirty stain on the sheet. our room have fake window so cant see any view or get sunlight in the morning. the staffs are lovely and helpful

The rooms are nice and clean, although the water drainage system could‘ve been better - we had a bathroom where the water needed to travel through the entire room in order to drain which made the room wet and slippery. The service is mostly friendly, the rooms well air cooled and well lit from the sun. I wish there were more vegetarian or vegan options for breakfast, since the only protein source ...

It was a wonderful experience. We booked this hotel after having a terrible experience at a different hotel. And let me say the service here was night and day better. The staffs were lovely, the room was cleaned, and the city view was wonderful. Everything was an ease that we could then just focusing on enjoying our stay in Hanoi.

It was a pleasure to stay here during our trip to Hanoi. The staff is really nice and helpful. A room is really comfortable, there are all you need. Also there is a small but very nice swimming pool you can use any time! I really recommend this place!

The hotel itself is nice and modern with clean rooms and a good AC as well as shower. However the reason for 3 stars is due to the breakfast. Despite so many people from the West staying at the hotel there wasn't a single Western option. Even the most basic homestay in Vietnam offered an omelette, pancake or crepe, but not this hotel. It was 100% Asian breakfast.
