I had the best experience. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment. And the best part was their receptionist especially Tran Thu Huong , very accommodating and easy to communicate because shes speak English fluently, thats Big advantage. I will recommend this hotel to others for sure.

Amazing staff allows free early check in and also responds fast someone on my floor was smoking cigarettes and they moved my room immediately I’m very grateful also when I first got here the lady at the front desk helped taking my bags upstairs even though they were heavy and she had on pumps ❤️ great room very clean and enjoy the shower that tells me my water temperature. Best hotel in Hanoi! The staff was absolutely amazing including Rosi who helped out tremendously! The cleaning staff was amazing and always left the room really clean! They do an amazing job! This was the best hotel I stayed in Vietnam and will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff!

Very good price for hotel. The room was clean and modern. Good amenities such as a full size fridge, washer/dryer, microwave ans utensils. The distance from old quarter is not very far, taxis are cheap and plentiful. This is perfect for longer stays.
