It's clean, spacious, and located right in the heart of Linh Lang, with the Tommy Bun convenience store right across the street. It's perfect for those staying in Hanoi for a long time. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a washing machine. For breakfast, there are plenty of pho, bun, and banh mi restaurants nearby, so you'll never get bored.

like others said, no service, no response, no people here, not clean, different from picture in booking website. And commercial online booking website says "payment at property" but this place ask you to pay in advance by message, and send me message again and again, very rude. Surely, no return to this place.
