Location is great! Quiet safe area. Easy access to U- village and north Seattle. Easy to uber from here. Parking is in a locked garage. Only people with a room key have access. The only suggestion for improvement is to have a water bar on each floor, or at least every couple floors. It is a bit of a pain to have to go down to the lobby to refill your water bottle.

This is a surprisingly spacious room in a good location on the southern edge of the bustling University District, near dozens of restaurants and entertainment options. The fairly-quiet room included thoughtful amenities like bathrobes, giant bath sheet towels, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Underground parking was convenient, secure, and reasonably priced ($25 a day). Things seemed clean. On...

The rooms are really not worth the price at all. They really need updating. The beds were fine, but I was pretty disappointed to see my window was facing a bright orange wall of the neighboring building. It felt very oppressive. They should consider letting guests pay less for those rooms... That being said, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is 10/10 to get to the Univer...

Had a short but very pleasant stay. The highlight was the excellent customer service by the staff member working in the morning of Oct 12 (sorry, I did not catch his name!). Without his service I don’t think I would have felt compelled to leave a review. A close second would be the incredibly comfortable and fluffy duvets. I also loved that the room did not have carpet. The pillows were a little t...

I am surprised by the positive reviews. Booked "Boardroom Suite" because we needed extra room. Its bathroom, bedroom and living room where all open to each other. Weird. Room was dirty, though the sheets were not. They arrange the bed in a split-duvet style, but do not actually spread anything out on the bed, but rather leave instructions for making it yourself. Parking and check-in was fine. Peop...
