Its a great place to stay, easy walking to the piers the train station food shops. We walked to all locations our longest walk was 35min home from pier 70 one evening but was a beautiful walk. Road noise was a little high however after the first night I didn't hear it. Staff friendly breakfast was very good overall great spot to stay. I would book again, also best pizza in town next door.
