Residence Inn Seattle University District (solo trip)

I stayed here both this summer and last summer while visiting UW, and I had great experiences both times. My room was peaceful and clean, the location is convenient, and the staff are super nice. This last trip Cyril helped me out at the front desk and I can't overstate how helpful he was. Will definitely stay here again.

This is my new favorite hotel in Seattle!!! The service is warm and welcoming and helpful, esp the front desk and house keeping. The room was spacious with a full kitchen and the beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and spacious! Also it's in a great neighborhood where we walked to Trader Joe's and a fun brunch spot. The university district is great! Definitely will stay at the residence...

The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you’d expect. The staff were friendly and responsive. The gym is large and was never crowded. The breakfast is decent too. The only drawback might be the location. There are often more unhoused folks nearby and can be somewhat loud depending on which street you face. But it is well situated near restaurants and transportation.

We were greeted by a kind man at the front desk who took time to explain the layout of the hotel and the amenities. The set up of the hotel was cute, like a little village or apartment complex.
