Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown (couple trip)

One of the, if not the worst Hilton I've stayed in. Food and service at the bar was good. However my room stinks like wet marijuana and there was pieces of dried spaghetti (at least I hope that's what it is) on the floor. Features and furniture are worn and outdated, dresser drawer is broken and privacy shade only covers half the window. Bedding is yellowed. Would give 1 star but the flatbread I g...

I selected this location in Seattle because it was fairly close to the sights I'd be visiting as well as being close to the cruise port. Everything about my stay and the hotel accommodations were excellent. All of the staff were so informative about places to go and things to see while we were visiting Seattle. 100% satisfied!

Our room was so out dated! Furniture didn't match and the sofa should have been tossed out many many years ago! Bed itself was so so...I guess best part of the room was that we had 2 bathrooms! We had a corner room, so 3 big windows bur our view was of the yucky roof tops of the buildings below. Breakfast was great and our server was excellent! The lobby area was nice though.

We stayed here one night before our cruise. They were very accommodating when we arrived, as we arrived early in the morning. They held our luggage and said they would let us know when our room was ready. We headed to Pike’s Market. It was about an 18 minute walk, then another 15 minutes to the ferry terminal. Whole Foods was about an 8 minute walk. Our room was average but nice. Very clean. Well ...

After disembarking our cruise we arrived very early with a sick child. The front desk staff was kind enough to get us in our room much earlier than expected. My only reason for 4 stars is the rooms need updating. Our AC unit sounded like it was on its last leg. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming!
