I experienced incredible service at arrival to the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The food at the hotel is great too if you don’t feel like leaving. There are baskets of free fruit sprinkled around which was a nice treat. The room itself was cozy, clean and quiet. It came with a yoga mat, umbrella, and filtered water tap which was a pleasant surprise.

Loved our stay here! Check-in came with bubbly (yes please) and the front desk was beyond helpful—even offering to book us dinner. • Our room had huge windows with a Space Needle view and a bed so comfy I need one at home. We’ve stayed here twice now and are very surprised at how quickly customer service has gone down hill since their opening a few months ago.
