Positives:

  • Child-friendly seating: The low stone wall and benches offer a safe spot for kids to rest while you enjoy the view.
  • Open lawn area: The grassy knoll provides room for kids to play and run under supervision.

Challenges:

  • No restrooms on site: Plan bathroom breaks at Seattle Center or nearby cafes before you arrive.
  • Steep uphill walk: The path is paved but steep. Carry water and take breaks if kids tire easily.

An Amazing spot to get a clear panoramic view of Downtown Seattle. The best viewing point is located at the end of the park beyond the railing, and that is the spot to get best picture for Seattle Downton Background. This park is located in a residential neighborhood and must not be very comfortable for the residents as tourists swarm this spot. The place is easily accessible from downtown with a ...

This is a perfect spot to spend an evening watching the sunset. The golden light beautifully illuminates the Seattle skyline and Mount Rainier in the distance. While it's a small space that can get crowded, the incredible view makes it worth it. Free on-street parking is available but can be tricky to find. If you're looking for one of the best views of the Seattle skyline, this should be at the t...

A Picture-Perfect Gem in Seattle - The best seat in the town. Kerry Park is hands-down one of the most breathtaking spots in Seattle. Perched in the quiet Queen Anne neighborhood, this small terraced park offers a postcard-worthy view of the city skyline, with the majestic Space Needle front and center and Mount Rainier looming in the distance on clear days. It’s the kind of place that makes you ...

It is definitely one of the best spots to get an amazing view of the skyline and more. One should also walk up to the end of the road if you are around sunset time to view one of those awesome seattle sunsets. Don't expect the park to be like any other big parks.. it's just a small place on the side of the street with a few benches.

When is the best time to visit Kerry Park (Seattle, United States)?

Clear spring and summer afternoons give the best views. In fall bring layers as temperatures drop. Winter days end early and wind chill rises—pack jackets.
