Nob Hill Hotel (couple trip)

The room had awful smell, it was humid and had mold in it. There was no storage for the clothes, the room was terribly small. There was no parking available and we counted for it so they recommended very expensive parking, we paid almost $200 for 3 days. The location was great. Breakfast was good.

Do not stay here! This hotel was a complete disaster. Almost nothing worked: the Wi-Fi was useless, the faucet was clogged, the elevator was broken, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We stay here one night and when we got there the location was beautiful. When We got to our rooms it was extremely hot in there. We tried messing with the in unit ac/heat system. It was only hot air blowing. We didnt realize this didnt have ac which was a big deal breaker for us. Front desk told us theres ceiling fans, which would’ve been nice if we had one! We didnt. Nice decent room with comfy bed which was great after a 12hr flight. Fantastic location, close to what we needed. Car rentals was not too far. Most places we needed were within walking distance from hotel. Pier 39 and restaurants was easy access via Waymo. After checking out was handy to leave luggage in storage while we discovered more of San Francisco before our flight out to Paris.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to many attractions. However, just a couple of blocks away, the area becomes concerning, with a noticeable presence of drug activity and people loitering, which made us feel uneasy walking around at night.
