Great spot to stay in Japantown. All the interactions with staff were great, friendly guests in the lobby, great location. Rooms were clean and nice - had a nice little view of the hotel courtyard. No complaints. Will be back next time in SF!

We use the Enso hotel for large groups of people a couple of times a year with our people in the hotel for up to a week. The staff there are so helpful and friendly that we will always return to the Hotel Enso - they are family to us now after many years of staying there. That coupled with the perfect location in San Francisco and the nice atmosphere in the hotel make it the perfect spot. Comfy ro...

The hotel rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are shower booths and in general feel cheaply decorated with matte green vertical subway tiles. The house keeping keeps leaving the windows open after cleaning & the window does not have a mesh to protect against the weather. The hotel feels more like a motel… Cost: $753.00 Taxes & Fees: $124.29 Total Cost: $877.29 for two nights No amenities be...

It has none of the very basic amenities you would expect even from our Holiday Inn express… No coffee...

Such a great location near shopping, restaurants, and Japan Town! The hotel has been charmingly renovated. The service was above expectations. Beyond pet friendly…pet welcoming with treat bags and swag!!! Good morning coffee service and wine happy hours. Can’t wait to come back.
