Poor customer service - excuses - gaslighting - and absolutely ZERO empathy. are why I will not be returning to this property. I got a room 'with a view' which wound up meaning a view half blocked by a concrete wall (see photo) and my shower barely put out any water (had to stand against the wall / right under shower head with it pointed straight down) which made feeling clean or refreshed imposs...

The hotel had a nice buffet breakfast that was included with our travel package. If it hadn't been included, we probably wouldn't have done it because it is $40 a person and probably not worth that. Another thing to...

Solid hotel great location next to the cable car! My issue was the floorboard vibrating in room 1721 I pushed the desk chair against it to get quiet and when I told the front desk at checkout they seemed less than concerned. Don't waste time or money at the hotel. For the price of the breakfast there's better options in the area.

The hotel is most famous for its massive, 17-story atrium lobby, the world's largest of its kind, and the soaring glass elevators that move along the inner walls. There's an excellent Eclipse Bar and Restaurant on the main floor. The atr...
