This is my second time staying here and the rooms have been sparkling clean on both occasions. The staff are all very friendly and helpful! Carlos in particular helped store my bags when I was early for check in and his friendly smile and demeanor was wonderful and he greeted me every time he saw me, which was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel in San Francisco, one of the best we've stayed at in California! Clean, spacious, and modern rooms—the ones with views of San Francisco’s skyscrapers are amazing! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Position great! The only thing I’d recommend is not to use their parking, as it’s very expensive. There are cheaper options nearby. 😊
