The service of this hotel was fantastic. The staff were amazing, and during our group check-in we had a nice little gift and drink ticket for the bar. The location of the hotel is right across from the Giants stadium. It was super convenient. I only had one minor complaint, which is for a 4 start hotel the room I was in was showing a lot of wear a tear.

We stayed here for a company event and then had a rooftop, happy hour and meal on the rooftop. Everything from the time they greeted us to the time that they helped us get our checked luggage and valet car, service was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it, especially if you plan ongoing to a Giants game. The location is spectacular.

I wanted to add a review about the helpful staff who assisted with my reservation. I carelessly booked a reservation on the wrong day online on 7/27 around 5pm and a male staff member kindly assisted in making the change to the correct date with no issue.
