Four Seasons Hotel Embarcadero (couple trip)

Bang average hotel. No pool. Don’t honor Amex platinum upgrade. Check in took 20 minutes. Small rooms. No couch in room. No bathroom tub. Not even a bar with a view. A single dingy restaurant in the lobby. We booked this place for the view. The property wastes its location. This should not be a four seasons

We had the best vacation experience with the four seasons. They arranged all our transportation for the trip and were able to make itinerary adjustments on the fly for us. We ordered room service multiple times and the food and service staff were always exquisite. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in — even better than some Four Seasons branches I’ve visited. The staff are genuinely warm, and the concierge went above and beyond arranging tours that completely elevated our trip. Room service was excellent as well. Overall, an outstanding experience and a place I’ll absolutely return to.

Great location, walking distance to the ferry building, cable cars and public transportation. The staff were super friendly and eager to give recommendations of things to do. Our room was on the 46th floor with gorgeous views of the bay and city skyline. Great dining menus and quick room service. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you FS staff for the wonderful stay!
