Wonderful place to take a nice beach side hike, and if you have a well behaved dog you can take them off leash at the beach. Amazing views of the Golden Gate Bridge from below, especially on a clear day. Keep in mind restrooms can easily have 10-15 minute line on a nice day ;)

You can get a very nice view of Golden Gate Bridge, as well as Alcatraz Island. Parking may be challenging on weekends. If you have a couple hours, you can walk around the beach and marsh.
