La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls (couple trip)

I was there for two nights and it was a living nightmare. The place is absolutely infested with bed bugs. The staff is nice and they offer change of rooms but the hallways and every place there is infested so there is no bed bug free place there. Do not go here unless you want to suffer. Very nice. Impressive breakfast. Great beds. Nice towels and bathroom. Well decorated. Very good value for the money. Areas of improvement, and the reasons for not giving 5 stars: elevator area needs to be brighten up, room 421 tub/shower lever was stuck on shower mode, shower curtain was too short. Other than those issues it was 5 stars.

We had stayed at a La Quinta before and based on that experience is why we stayed at this one. As we entered the lobby, the trash out front was overflowing and the furniture was ripped and torn. We came here to stay and then go to Niagara Falls the next day. It’s in a great location. Close to the falls and right next to an outlet to do some shopping if you want. I requested that the room be made up every day, beds made. It was not done even once during our stay. A sticker on the bathroom mirror proudly proclaims that they will change the sheets every day, and not only did that NOT happen, but no sheets at all were provided for the pull out bed during our entire stay.
