Hyatt Place Niagara Falls (solo trip)

Front desk service was great. Location is nice and close to the falls. Room is dated and very tired. The couch was heavily worn and stained. Pillows smelled like wet dogs. Honestly based on the mixed reviews I was worried about the quality of the hotel. However, everything turned out great. Yes it's annoying to park across the street in the parking garage, but at least that means there's always plenty of parking and the hotel will pay the parking fee. Really enjoyed our stay. Ravie and Alonso "George" were very very helpful. If you can get a room with a view of the fireworks that was nice. The location is great as it's located five minutes walking distance from the falls. The room was clean, and the hotel has a rooftop which is perfect to see fireworks nears the falls at night.
