Holiday Inn Express & Suites Niagara Falls (couple trip)

Stayed during renovations. A little noisy between 8-5. Swimming pool is closed as well. Rooms in need of updates and I wasn't lucky enough to be in one. It should be a room with a sofa. I don't know where it is but we had a chair. Breakfast was good and basically standard items for an IHG, except no hashbrowns this time. Good location near airport, shopping at the outlets and restaurants.

Check in staff was very kind and courteous…our room was not the quality I am used to as a IHG member. I have stayed at numerous Holiday Inn hotels…updates are needed…also, the light bulb was out in bathroom upon arrival and the kind lady at the desk reported it to be fixed…no one ever came to change out the bulb…very disappointed in the lack of follow thru. Location was good and convenient for us.

Hotel is old and dated. Room was dated. Furniture was dated and frumpy. This place should be bulldozed. On top of that, they charged a $10 parking fee at an empty parking lot... No USB chargers in the room. No soap, no shampoo. Not very clean, service could care less.

Nothing like the photos on the website. The rooms are dirty. The bathroom looks like it's only cleaned with water. The corners are dirty and full of dirt. It seems like they don't clean the carpets. The towels are old. I won't come back. We left the day before we had booked.

I've always stayed in Holiday Inns since 2012. Anywhere I go whether it's in the states or Canada, it always left me with a great impression. This changed when I stayed here in Niagara Holiday Inn in the US. Firs and foremost, I booked the reservation for 5 people.
