Comfort Inn the Pointe (couple trip)

An older establishment in this. It is well kept. The rooms are clean and had all the amenities we required. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's location is superb. It's within easy walking distance to all attractions. Would definitely return to this hotel

Lets start with positives: The location is great and................ that’s about it. There was no housekeeping service during my stay, and despite several requests for fresh towels, I never received any. Breakfast was poor quality and items were not replenished once they ran out. There was no complimentary drinking water, nor any available for purchase, so plan to buy some from a nearby store. ...

Location was perfect for viewing the Falls! Within walking distance! But that's the only nice thing I have to say about this hotel! This hotel is very outdated and dirty. The rooms are extremely small and they say they have queen size beds when they're only full size. Don't get me started on the hotel staff. Every time I went to counter (including first checking in) the staff were on their phones ...

This hotel is so convenient. No need to move your vehicle once you arrive. Hotel staff cordial. Rooms we had were 2 double beds and adequate. I don't think you should ever have to pay at any hotel for parking when you stay with that particular hotel. Disappointed we had a $10.00 parking fare, even being Choice Members. Other than that, we'd definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel, could use some updating but I greatly enjoyed my visit. Comfortable bed, nice chair and ottoman, and office desk. I stayed multiple days and I would definitely stay again. I could see the river from my room. The people in the room across from me said they could see the fireworks. There were some stains on the carpet and it was worn at the doorway but other than that the room was v...
