What makes it 79% Solo-Friendly: The park’s paved trails, fishing pond and occasional drop-in classes give a solo visitor free exercise and quiet scenery, with basic restrooms on-site so an unaccompanied trip is convenient.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for solo trip: Enough time to complete a loop on the trails, fish at the pond, and join a community class without rushing.
Trail Run or Walk:
Use 9,000 ft of paved trails around the pond for running, cycling, or walking.
Tip: Start at the Activity Center lot and follow trail markers clockwise for a 1.7-mile loop.
Pond Fishing:
Fish in the park’s stocked pond for bass and panfish with a NY state license.
Tip: Bring your license and gear; fish near the dock for deeper water and afternoon shade.
Drop-In Recreation:
Attend open-gym sessions, art workshops, or fitness classes at the Community Center.
Tip: Call 716-297-5243 a day ahead to confirm class times and any drop-in fees.

Monday Music Mania was awesome! Both bands sounded excellent! Escape the Journey cover band was spot on! Very high level music from LA.. impressive! The choice of food and food trucks offered a variety of options as well! Well done Town of Niagara!

They've done a ton of work to this park since I last been in it they've added a mini golf course apart with swings a nice little Bridge Walk above the pond definitely a nice place to chill

I like this park. It has a few baseball diamonds, a nice restroom facility and a walking path. I don't think there is a playground. To do the whole path, the last time I was there, you had to go through a wooded area. I didn't mind, but not great to send kids on alone. And in order to complete it, you had to exit the facility, walk down a side street and renter the facility, which again I didn't ...
From June to August, catch free Monday concerts and farmers markets. In fall, enjoy colorful foliage along the trails. In winter, watch for ice—wear traction devices or stick to cleared paths.
