What makes it 69% Baby-Friendly: Smooth paths, shade and zero-depth jets let babies stroll, nap and splash, but unconfirmed changing tables and no nursing rooms mean caregivers must pack pads and privacy cover.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Enough time to stroll the pond, use the splash pad, and enjoy a shaded picnic without rushing a baby.
Shaded Picnic & Nap Time:
Pick a deep-shade table near the pond for feeding and naps.
Tip: Bring a blanket, sunshade, and baby snacks.
Gentle Splash Pad Play:
Low water jets are safe for babies to sit or stand under.
Tip: Supervise closely, pack a few water toys and extra clothes.
Pond-Side Stroller Stroll:
Loop the flat, paved path around the pond.
Tip: Use the stroller and pause on benches for breaks and photo moments.
Playground Browsing:
Ground-level play panels and baby swings let little ones explore.
Tip: Stay on soft surfaces and watch for older kids nearby.

It's a great place to have a relaxed picnic with your children. There is a playground and a splash pad. There are many shelters and open areas to lay down a blanket. On non-holidays, it's not crowded at all.
Splash pad runs Memorial Day through early September. Arrive before noon in summer for cooler shade. In spring and fall, focus on pond strolls and picnics.
