What makes it 47% Kids-Friendly: Children can dine and attend family gatherings, but no playground, games, or kids’ program exist, and docks by the river require close supervision. Membership rules add another hurdle.
Note: La Salle Yacht Club is 47% Kids-Friendly. You may want to consider other Kids-Friendly Things to Do in Niagara Falls for a more suitable experience.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Allows time for a relaxed family meal, riverside patio visit, and exploring event spaces without rushing.
Dine in the Chart Room:
Choose child-friendly dishes like burgers, pasta, and fish & chips.
Tip: Call ahead to confirm guest access and reserve a table; ask your server for high chairs.
Relax on the Outdoor Patio:
Sit riverside to watch passing boats and the sunset over the Niagara River.
Tip: Arrive 30 minutes before sunset for best views; bring a light jacket for evening breezes.
Rent the Outdoor Pavilion:
Reserve the covered pavilion for family celebrations or birthday parties.
Tip: Check availability and rental fees; bring simple games or balloons for kids.

Was here a wedding! The view was absolutely breathtaking and the place was wonderful, however the older female bartender was EXTREMELY rude. She rolled her eyes at me after first ignoring me for 15 minutes. Can’t believe behavior like that is tolerated at such a place.

Had a wedding reception last weekend at Lasalle Yaght club. Beautiful venue, great food & drinks. The servers and barmaid were extremely attentive. Highly recommend any and all parties here. Outside deck and views are 5-☆☆☆☆☆

Very nice well established place, have been here before and will be here again. Love the views of the water and what this place has to offer. Food is excellent, great indoor and outdoor seating/dining areas too. Boat slips for members when available, and love the gas fire pit too

The place is very nice and the view is georgeous. Service was a bit lax though. I was there for a business meeting so maybe they were trying not to interrupt but we were there for close to an hour before anyone even brought us water! By the time bread hit the table I was ready to eat the basket it came in. Dinner was very good when it eventually arrived.
Visit in summer for extended patio hours; in fall, book indoors early to enjoy river views and colorful foliage.
