Stayed over the weekend here between business trips and I was very impressed! The location and views are immaculate—it was a breath of fresh air from manhattan while being very close on the subway. The rooms were spacious by NYC standards and were clean, no complaints! Wendy at the front desk was amazing and made me feel right at home. I look forward to staying here again soon

My family and I stayed here for three nights. Unless you book a kids suite, this hotel is NOT family friendly. Upon arrival, I will say the woman working reception was very pleasant. We opted for Valet only because we knew the weather was coming in and we had children ages 9 and 5. We thought we would do it for convenience. However, the valet was almost never around. First of all, the valet park...

My friend and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday and it was such an amazing experience. Breakfast was amazing ( we particularly loved the orange juice, mushroom toast, and lox bagel), our views of the beautiful NYC skyline was breathtaking, and getting to manhattan from the island was a breeze. I loved the unique decor which definitely added to my experience (I was initially drawn to this ho...

Amazing alternative to staying in Manhattan! What a great concept, vibe, decor and staff. Roosevelt Island is such a unique place, offering many restaurant locations, although the Panorama rooftop bar is a must and their main floor restaurant, quite good. Decor is fun, but very well put together. Rooms are a decent size, bed comfortable although the pillows were not. Other than that, I would highl...

If you have kids then they will be fully occupied by all the toys and games that are available in the kids suite (I forgot what they're officially called). The rooms we stayed at has three bedrooms so very spacious! Also has a great view of Manhattan and at night it can take your breath away! Roosevelt Island is basically isolated from Manhattan or other places so if you are a tourist it's a bi...
