Positives:

  • Stroller-friendly grounds: Most paths are paved and wide for easy stroller use.
  • Family restrooms: Changing tables are in all main restrooms, including the Visitor Center.
  • Hydration stations: Free water refills at outdoor stations (seasonal closures apply).

Challenges:

  • Seasonal closures: Outdoor refill stations close in winter (Nov–Apr).
  • Indoor stroller parking: Limited spaces outside the Conservatory can fill up quickly.
  • Uneven trails: Woodland paths have roots and can be bumpy for strollers.

We could read the signs and take time to look at the intricacies described in the writeups. We were a group of 6 and could wander at our own pace. I have also visited during the orchid show on a rainy weekend when there was little room to move. I would h...

The centerpiece is this sprawling miniature New York City landscape, where model trains zip past nearly 200 landmarks. What makes it so special is that every single building—from Rockefeller Center to the iconic skyscrapers—is meticulously c...

Amazing time we had!!! The music was so iconic. There were so many characters around the trail. The way everything was set up was just so cool. Even trees in the distance were lite up, it really makes you feel submerged in that world while you walk through. The staff were so nice helping everyone take pictures along the way. Very fun experience!!!!!

The grounds were peaceful, pleasant, and still very much full of life. The Conservatory was especially impressive. They were hosting the Van Gogh exhibit, and I loved how art and nature were ...
