The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, Los Angeles (couple trip)

This hotel is perfect. Great restaurants in the hotel and walking distance to many more. Highly recommend the BonaVista Lounge in the hotel, its a rotating restaurant with great views of the city. The fitness center was good and had just what I needed to still get my exercise each day. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The front desk and valet staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check in was smooth - loved the option to have the mobile room key. The room was spotless. It was great to have an in-hotel convenience store as well which is open late.

The Westin Bonaventure Hotel was really nice. My spouse and I stayed there for a weekend while in L.A. and I was pleasantly surprised with the sheer number of amenities offered. My personal favorite was the noise machine - I REQUIRE white noise to sleep and I have some on my phone, but it was so nice to have it provided by the hotel. Honestly enjoyed this hotel. From the parking garage, there's posters all over showing the different movies this hotel has been featured in. The valet staff were extremely professional and polite. This place had potential. The location was great. My husband and I check into our room in the middle of the night and were met by friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is huge, ample sitting space, coffee shops, etc. the signage was clear and the elevators were quick. The rooms are not well maintained. They are spacious, dated and there are roaches.
