This is a great location for the Universal Studios park. There are shuttles that take you to and from the park all day. The hotel rooms are immaculate and comfortable, with great views of the park. The service is wonderful. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. A short drive from the airport. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is a solid 10/10. From check-in to the food, everything was fantastic. It is a bit on the pricier side, but the waitress we had made it all worth it! he even gifted us a dessert. Stayed here during our visit to universal. You can’t beat the location. They have a shuttle but it’s just about a 7 minute walk; kids handled it just fine. There was a little hiccup at check in because our room wasn’t ready but the staff were able to get us into a room with a better view of universal. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were kind and attentive. Would definitely book again!

We got in early in the day and paid for parking over at Universal not realizing how insanely close the hotel was to universal studios.
