Darlene the front desk person was extremely unprofessional and rude. As we left the hotel they starting talking bad about us. Someone that we know stayed behind heard them talking. I seriously question whether this hotel has any real affiliation with Hampton or Hilton at all. What is presented as “breakfast” is, quite frankly, unacceptable: moldy bagels and sugary pastries. I have stayed in countless hotels around the world including Dubai and Bangkok and I have never encountered such a low standard being labeled as breakfast. This is not just disappointing; it is shocking....

Walking distance from Santa Monica Pier, Pacific park and beach. Spacious and clean rooms, 24/7 coffee service, Pool was clean with separate hot bath facility. Breakfast was great, loved their strawberry waffles. Overall good stay and recommended.

Very nice experience. The room was amazingly spacious and warm. Staff was also very courteous. Just 3 issues: 1. The fan of air conditioning in the room starts it makes too much sound. My wife used to wake up in the middle of the night due to the fan sound. 2. Great location, good amenities, nice services. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel thanks to the friendly grey-haired gentleman working at the front desk. He warmly welcomed me, helped me check in smoothly, and went above and beyond by arranging a fantastic room that exceeded my expectations. His professionalism and kindness truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!
