Newly renovated rooms are gorgeous. The valet gentleman are very attentive and kind. We had an amazing experience with the front desk. Robert and Rain were the sweetest and took care of us during our stay. Great conversation and helped us with anything we needed from Ice to recommendations. This location is walking distance to a lot of shopping and great cafes. We will definitely stay here again.

Great personell. Very welcoming, all of them. Good location yet the rooms seem kind of dated.. no fridge? Nice soaps, seems clean, great view (Beverly hills view). Was not affected by the ongoing renovation, except that I mistakenly went into the elevator that is being used for renovation. Overall a great experience, yet not a 5 star from me today.
