Sahara Las Vegas (solo trip)

Way nicer than expected. I stayed in a recently remodeled room and it was very clean, quiet and had a great view. Locationally it’s not great, however with the mono rail and uber you are 10-15 minutes from anything you need. Free parking is great and the casino has multiple really good food options. If you want a quieter Vegas trip I think this place is a great option.

The Sahara was remodeled, and it’s very nice. The service was okay, some people were super nice, others were okay. I got offered an upgrade to a remodeled tower, Marrah, for $20.00 a night. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I have to get this of my chest. I know it’s Las Vegas, but this is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Expected a lot but walked away dissapointed. The room was very dirty, and the bathroom was filthy. It felt like no cleaning had been done before letting guests check in. The room smelled terrible, with a strange odor that made me not want to stay even for one second. I stayed at hotel 10/3-10/7 for my birthday the hotel was nice and clean.The bad part is about the housekeeping day 1) room was never fill with complimentary items,bed was made like a 7yr old put it together.
