Love the hotel. Overall great. Tips skip time share don’t believe a word they say. High pressure sales and the promised wizard of oz tix did not work as promised . Furthermore wizard of oz not worth it. Pool could be warmer, music a little quieter would b nice. Also upgrade ur old ratty pillows

The check-in process at the Hilton Club Elara was good; however, the issues I had with the hotel technology and elevators made my first night there horrible. We are checking out today after a 3 night stay. The room was really nice and spacious although we did have issues like the toilet door not being able to close, the knobs of the sink being very hard to turn, dirty towels, and issues with the jacuzzi.
