We had a great stay here at Harrah’s. The staff was soooo friendly and helpful: from front desk, room service to taxi/valet people. We loved them all. My only complaint would be that our room lacked some minor things like the bathroom did not have a trash bin… or our queen beds only had two pillows each. With mostly 5s and 4s, how can this overall be a 3 you ask... my room was nice, clean and well kept. The service at arrival and check-in was prompt and housekeepibg staff always cordial and complete by days end. BUT - The casino floor and open common areas need help with "atmosphere quality control". The smoke was heavy, (I know, it's a casino) and the perfume meant to denature wasn't any better. ...

Stayed in a mountain deluxe room. The room was very nice, and clean. The location of the hotel was great! Service desk employees were very nice and helpful. Checking in & out was easy. The price was very good would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Harrahs this week. I accidentally had booked an accessible room. The bed was really low. My husband and I woke up with backaches. I spoke to the front desk about changing rooms which is where I learned accessible rooms had low beds. They changed our room right away and were very gracious about it and no additional charge.
