We had no idea Ethel M Chocolates existed until we went to the cactus garden for an Adventure Lab! Imagine our surprise when we arrived! The factory is a small window based self guided tour with a dipping station, hot chocolate bar and of course chocolate shopping! Large chocolate store with a factory and processing assembly area all visible!! We were offer to taste the dark chocolate 🍫 and it was really tasty just not too sweat. There is even a large cactus 🌵 garden outside with nightlights.
