Maui Seaside Hotel is not worth the price or location. After a 10-hour flight, we were greeted by a rude employee yelling at us and other guests to line up and leave luggage in another unsupervised area until they will check us in. We stayed at this hotel for one night because our flight got cancelled. The staff were all so patient, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a renovated room which was spacious, had comfy beds and very aesthetically pleasing! The pool area was great, beach/ocean was a bit rough. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick stay.

Overall a great option for a 'home base' while doing activities on different corners of Maui. Very close to the airport, which was convenient landing on a 10 PM flight! The property is showing its age and looks somewhat run down; however, once inside my room (a renovated 'Tower Room') it felt much more luxurious: cute decor, well furnished, and a well-performing mini-split AC unit.
