This has been one of the most special places I’ve ever been to. The sounds of the forest at night are surreal and can touch your soul. I’ve only spent one night at the cabin but I will never forget my time here. The cabins are super cute, clean, and comfortable. The short path to the lodge with bathrooms is marked by some torches on the ground at night. The sky cleared up in the middle of the nigh...

We loved this peaceful retreat in Hilo! Our kids especially loved swimming at the waterfall, catching tadpoles, and looking at the goats. One of the workers, Tim, was very kind, thoughtful, and quick to help with whatever we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

The lodge is on a beautiful piece of property, all of the cabins are super clean, prepped with fresh sheets and courtesy towels. The the public areas are incredibly well maintained and tidy, two bathrooms with showers and hot water, as well as a common area with a full kitchen, table, and couch. Hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Looking forward to staying there again!
