Loved this resort! The grounds were impeccable and the location was perfect within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Will stay here again!

Very dirty, very hot. No portable fans, 1 ceiling fan in main living space, 1 ceiling fan in each bedroom. One of the ceiling fans was broken on the first night, office gave us a couple of box fans and did replace broken ceiling fan. Were not allowed to choose rooms, ours was up by the road. So you had lots of road noise. No staff on site over night and there was lots of noise from other gues...

Rooms are a little dated , but they are always updating. Not all rooms have AC, but coming from Texas high 70’s at night is a treat. Property is beautifully landscaped with tons of orchids and bromeliads. 5 min walk to one of the best beaches on the island, and many choices for food all within a 5 mile radius. The property intentionally lied about their amenities, in the description it says "pool on-site". There is no pool on-site. "The pool" is about 1/4 mile away and across a busy road at a place called Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Which is open to anyone.
