Our stay started off on the wrong foot with a very frustrating check-in process. We waited about 30 minutes in line to get our room keys, only to find that they didn’t work in the elevator. We had to return to the desk and wait again just to get that corrected. Once in the room, the attention to detail was lacking. The conditioner bottle was empty, and we even found another guest’s deodorant left...

Great place to stay, close to the beach with a wonderful 10th floor pool and relax area (there are games and fire pits). Gym on the second floor is well equipped. Rooms are a bit worn out but housekeeping is very prompt and fixes things on the spot. The cleaners some are more rigorous than other with vacuum cleaning the rooms on a daily basis but will come back and do it if you ask to. Great servi...

Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa – A Perfect Comfortcation! My recent stay at Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. Amazing location—literally just 3 minutes from Waikiki Beach! 🌊 The room (Deluxe Two Queen Beds) was super spacious with an incredible ocean view. Everything was spotless, and I loved how soft and cozy the bed linen and pillows were. 🛏️ Staff were all so friend...

My family and I loved this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room was beautiful. All the staff were kind and helpful. There were lots of shopping and restaurants right near the resort and also on the resort property. The resort is right off the beach and it’s an incredible beach with breathtaking views. We didn’t want to leave to come back home.

I stayed here for a week and I'll first start with the quality of the room. The room was cozy and comfortable, but you can tell they remodeled from the old design. When you remodel, whether that's a bathroom or carpeting, you should never be able to tell it was remodeled. Especially when it's your first time there. But the overall color scheme was decent. The bathroom was nice, but shower was a b...
