FIRST CABIN INTERNATIONAL HAWAII (couple trip)

This is a great pod hotel, it is a step up from the hostels. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and the value is very high. The only things that could be added here are more laundry capacity, a space to hang wet bathing suits and towels and white noise makers to block out sound in the pod areas. I would recommend this location and would stay here again.

Great location, right in the center and close to absolutely everything. The staff was always nice and helpful. The place is clean, tea and coffee station, shared fridge and microwave. The cabins are super cosy, comfy beds, lockable drawer, lights. They really thought this through and there are a lot of nice little touches all around.

Before arriving the mixed reviews did have me feeling anxious about my decision to stay here. Once I actually got there, I quickly realized that those people are far too spoiled and probably never lived in a shared dormitory at a university. This is a fantastic budget friendly option for people travel travelling to Hawaii that want to save a little on their stay so they can spend more on the rest...

Amazing location. That's the only upside to this place. I love Japanese capsule hotels and wanted to try this for my last two nights on the island. It is more expensive than the Hilton that I stayed at across the street on this same trip. I stayed in the Business Class section. The pods are nice but the beds absolutely SUCK. It was a great stay in Waikiki on a budget. I booked an economy pod. The location is superb: in a business plaza on the 14th floor, with partially obscured views of the ocean and the Diamond Head. It's surrounded by countless malls, shops, restaurants, but surprisingly you don't hear much street noise.
