I stayed here for 3 days to help my granddaughter get adjusted at UH. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the valets were spot on. It's a bit of a walk to get to all the amenities and the beach but it's not really an issue. The staff were excellent. The service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The location is in walking distance to all the Waikiki hot spots. The only down side was the bathroom/shower was very small and outdated. The room itself was clean. Overall, a great deal and happy with our stay.

Disappointing and not the experience I've come to expect from staying at a Hilton property.
